Online Branch is a web based system which enables Dealers to advertise their entire used machinery inventory live online.

The system draws data from the Dealer’s computer network - through a secure tunnel - to update the site content at a specified interval; normally every 24 hours. The system is extremely flexible and can integrate with IBCOS, Microsoft, and many other technologies. Additionally, the Online Branch also features a manual override to allow instant synchronisation of stock.
Embellishment of machine descriptions; addition of photographs, news, and offers are all available to Administrators via a back-end content management system.

The website front-end design will be consistent with your brand identity and provides a user friendly, contemporary, and professional interface across your Dealer Network. For Manufacturers, Online Branch provides an opportunity to standardise dealer websites.

The extensive back-end system really requires demonstration to do it justice. This includes content management, enquiry management, and image uploads. The administration module automatically creates PDF stock lists for sales reps and emails them to the appropriate addresses based on Dealer specified schedules and formats.

The system is built in a modular form which makes it extremely agile; allowing us to respond to Dealers’ on-going requirements and also to technological advances in a timely manner. We are continually working on extending the system and will release additional features at regular intervals in addition to ensuring the system is based on the most current – and effective – technologies.
